A Special band in a special location. Air Cav perform in the spectacular surroundings of Rafael Lozano-Hemmer’s ‘Recorders’ exhibition at Manchester Art Gallery.

We met the incredible Meredith Godreau, aka Gregory And The Hawk, At Night and Day Cafe. We took a short walk down the street to Pop Boutique to film this stunning performance of “For The Best”.

On the basis of an EP and an atmospheric performance at Vatican, my eyes were well open for this. After Faris and The Horrors masterpiece that was 2009’s Primary Colours, a collaboration with Canadian classical all rounder Rachel Zeffira was always going to be a turn up.

After approaching Mr Yates about filming a session, he decided to take us on a road trip to his hometown, Wigan, more specifically, Wigan Pier. After a bit of priceless information about the “Pier”, we were treated to this powerful rendition of forthcoming album track, ‘Media Machine’.
