Manchester via Marple’s masters of the ‘clever-pop’ song, Dutch Uncles, have only gone and composed a very special Euro 2012 number in support of our brave boys heading out to fight for England’s glory at this year’s tournament.
Following on from the band’s 2010 World Cup piece, ‘Fabio Acapella‘, and featuring guest vocals from Everything Everything’s Jonathan and Jeremy, ‘Road To Roy’ flows chronologically, beginning with the semi-final defeat to Yugoslavia at Italy ’68, and concludes with the mounting excitement towards Euro 2012.
